Radius Recruitment started out as Tumara Care, a small company that specialised in social care and healthcare recruitment. Over the years their business grew and they began adding more sectors to their portfolio from hospitality to criminal justice and housing. As their brand was largely focussed on care, it wasn’t attracting the right target audience and was limiting their growth. They approached Chocatee for a complete rebrand that would attract a wider market, entice both job seekers and their clients and stand out in the competitive market. Chocatee developed a strong recognisable logo focussing on 4 key elements – a magnifying glass representing a search facility for both candidate and client, the ideal candidate and location. This was accompanied by a strong colour palette and supporting assets, such as, patterns, photography and iconography. Radius will be launching early this year.
